Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the period stipulated by clubphp may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation. Valid Philippine government-issued identification documents — including but not limited to UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, and Passport — are accepted for age and identity verification purposes.
Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain one (1) account on the clubphp platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, Philippine mobile number, and residential address. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration.
clubphp reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including without limitation where clubphp has reason to believe that submitted information is false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.
Identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is required before your first withdrawal. Players must submit a valid government-issued ID and may be requested to provide proof of address and source of funds. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawal access suspended pending resolution.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your clubphp account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party.
You must notify clubphp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. clubphp will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. clubphp may suspend your account as a precautionary measure upon receiving a security report, pending identity verification and investigation.
Players are strongly advised to use a unique password not shared with other platforms, to enable OTP two-factor authentication where available, and to log out completely after each session — particularly when accessing clubphp from shared or public devices.
clubphp accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay-connected bank accounts. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.
All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or receiving deposits from third parties, is prohibited. clubphp is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit processing caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your clubphp account dashboard after KYC verification has been completed. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the clubphp platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of clubphp.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, clubphp's total cumulative liability to you in connection with these Terms and the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your clubphp account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
clubphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the platform — even if clubphp has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
The clubphp platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. clubphp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
clubphp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any genuine real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonus funds, outstanding wagering requirements, and any amounts subject to investigation will be refunded to your last verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of applicable due diligence procedures.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the clubphp platform.
